For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.

Rugs have a lead time of 3-4 weeks unless otherwise noted. Due to COVID, lead times may be impacted. Once shipped, your rug will arrive in 3-5 business days.

SHIPPING DAMAGE All packages must be inspected upon arrival and any damage claims must be submitted to the carrier. One Affirmation will not accept claims for any damage that occurred during shipping.
